Human-led legal intelligence

MERENVAY is an AI-assisted legal-intelligence workflow. AI output is draft work product. It cannot itself act as counsel of record, approve a legal opinion, create representation, or replace the professional judgment and licensing obligations of the human lawyer responsible for release.

Evidence and review

The product is designed to distinguish retrieved material, verified evidence, unresolved issues, adversarial AI Red Team challenges and Human Legal Review. No confidence label is a guarantee of legal accuracy or completeness. A release gate is a workflow control, not a warranty.

Jurisdiction scope

Global/cross-border intake and issue spotting do not mean every jurisdiction is enabled for final release. The current automated official-source final-release policy is enabled for Jordan. Other jurisdictions remain draft/issue-spotting unless jurisdiction-specific source coverage and appropriately licensed human-review authority are specifically activated.

No engagement through the public site

Using the public site, describing a matter or entering a secure intake flow does not by itself create an attorney-client relationship, confirm representation or constitute acceptance of a legal engagement. Any professional engagement requires separate acceptance, conflict review, scope and terms by the authorised legal service provider.

Professional and reserved activities

Where representation, reserved legal activity or jurisdiction-specific licensed advice is required, the matter must be escalated to an appropriately authorised lawyer. The product must not be used to misrepresent licensing or professional status.

User responsibilities

The current live beta must be used only with synthetic or non-confidential information. New document upload is disabled. Users must not submit client-identifying, privileged, confidential or otherwise sensitive matter content until MERENVAY confirms that the applicable production data-governance terms and assurance gates have been cleared.

Availability and external services

Research sources, AI providers, authentication, storage and optional integrations can fail or change. The workflow is designed to fail closed where a critical control is unavailable, but uninterrupted service is not guaranteed by this public page.

Security claims

No external certification, government approval, penetration-test result, insurance coverage, data-residency guarantee or customer performance result is implied unless separately documented and verifiable.

Intellectual property and private content

Reusable public Office Brain methodology and private client/matter content are separate. Private matter content is not converted into public reusable knowledge merely because it is processed by the system. Ownership and licence terms for customer material and deliverables are governed by the applicable engagement/deployment agreement.
